Gesture/Costume Interpretations

Our challenge this week was Costume/Gesture.  Street Party time in Disney World and Denver, something that looks like it's from Carnivale, and then there's an impersonator (?) of whom?  Thanks to Megan, Diane, Vivian, and Eeyore.  Check 'em out.
