The End

After carefully considering the future of the 2 Things Challenge for several months now, I've concluded that it is time for me to bring this little challenge to an end and move on to something else.  It has been a lot of fun and challenge for me to run this site for the last three and a half years, in more ways than one, but it now feels like I should bring it to a close.  I've enjoyed getting to know each of the contributors to one degree or another, and I will continue to follow many of your blogs.  I especially appreciate the dedication and persistent creative efforts of Vivian and Diane.  I hope that each of you find that special outlet for your creativity.

And in the words of the dolphins in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, "So long, and thanks for all the fish."

Weekly Challenge: Mirror/Veneer

Our next challenge is: Mirror/Veneer.

This challenge will end at 11:59 PM CDT on Sunday, August 18, 2013.   Remember, anyone can join! Just post your entries--as few or as many as you'd like--on your blog and leave us a comment here. All media are welcome--paintings, photography, collages, drawings, sculpture, poetry, movie clips, whatever you'd like.

And as a teaser, the next challenge after that will be: Beach/Sand.

Twist/Wrist Interpretations

Our challenge this week was Twist/Wrist.  Not two the same that I can tell, and a big welcome to Tammy.  Come on back every week.  Thanks to Tammy, Vivian, Diane, and Eeyore for their interpretations.  Click on over to their blogs for more about them.

If I missed yours, let me know with a comment and I'll link it up.

Deck/Old Interpretations

Our challenge this week was Deck/Old.  Two different kinds of decks, two different approximations of old.  When this one came up about 3 weeks ago, I knew what I was going to do, but did not get around to it until Sunday afternoon.  Take a look at the blog pages from Diane, Vivian, and Eeyore.  Thanks to all.

If I missed yours, let me know with a comment and I'll link it up.
